Great paste, sizzled up with brown sugar and a good fish sauce (I used squid brand) it made a great base for my Pad Thai.

Beautiful, rich curry, spicy but heat can be adjusted. I’d recommend to follow a recipe for an authentic flavour. 35g of paste for 3-4 portions. Best home made curry I’ve ever made, thank you Mae.

Honestly the best Thai curry paste we’ve used. So flavoursome and our guests loved it too stating it was restaurant quality. The red paste is spicy!! Green equally as flavoursome but more mild. Definitely would recommend
