I tried Thai Panang Curry and used prawns and chicken. (My daughter will not eat prawns, hence the mixture). It was very good and I am looking forward to trying the rest! And it was not too hot which was great for my daughter as well. Success!!!

The penang and green curry pastes are absolutely delicious & would thoroughly reccomend them. Haven't tried the massamun curry paste yet but can't believe that wouldn't be just as delicious!

Oh these are unbelievably good, so much nicer than supermarket pastes and really good value. I made 2 huge curries out of one packet. I really appreciate that all the pastes are vegan and gluten free, and loved following the vegan recipes on your blog. I think my favourite is the massaman, absolutely brilliant.

It has been a week or so before I was able to try out one of the packages hence why I have not reviewed before .
I made a Thai Green curry using half a packet which makes for 4 following the instructions .The Curry was very hot which I could manage but my wife could not ./Also it would be useful if the sachets were for 4 as not everyone wants to make for 8 people

Lovely pack of 6, two of each variety, great tasting range and so easy to use. Prompt delivery, good value and well packed, highly recommended.

Only used the massaman - but gorgeous rich flavours. So looking forward to using the rest too!

Have only tried one of the spice pouches so far (penang) but it was really tasty and so easy to use. The instructions are to make enough for approximately 8 portions so I needed to reduce the quantities and I am hoping the rest of the spice paste lasts until I want to use it again. Really like that there are literally just spices in there, no flavouring, preservatives etc.

Tip top pastes and recipes for authentically Thai meals (outside of Thailand of course). We’ve switched from another brand to Mai Jum. Friday nights we open a bottle, cook it between us and enjoy our fakeaway. Embarrassingly easy to make and guests often ask for the recipe. Also good on weight loss/calorie counting plans.

the rating of 2/5 for the Green Curry made me think it was not hot. For my wife it was too spicy and she could not eat it. I persevered despite the heat because the taste was soo good that I ignored my sweaty brow and runny nose.

I have only made one made the Panang Curry so far and really enjoyed it. I batched cooked it, so have lots of meals ready in the freezer for the next few weeks, although I nearly ate two portions when I had cooked it, as it was so delicious! Looking forward to the trying the others in the Cool Bundle.

Takes me straight back to my time in Thailand. Wonderful, authentic flavours - absolutely recommend adding the optional fish sauce!

These pastes are easy to use and provide a tasty base for any type of curry. They may be classed as cool but they do have a little bit of a kick

My wife and I enjoy Thai food but sauces purchased from a supermarket are often disappointing. Our first purchase was incredible. We wanted to try Massaman curry and we were not disappointed. Wonderful depth if flavour. Will certainly order again. Highly recommended.
